Lexus Drives Partnership With APP Chicago Open

The Association of Pickleball Players (APP) proudly announces another partnership with Lexus as the Official Vehicle of the 2023 APP Chicago Open. 

A Stunning Exhibition

Set to unfold from August 30 to September 3, this tournament is set to be a stunning exhibition of pickleball, and teaming up with Lexus only enhances its attraction.

The 2023 APP Chicago Open is set to take place at Danny Cunniff Park, situated in the picturesque suburban Highland Park on the vibrant North Shore of the Chicago metropolitan area. The venue boasts an impressive array of 26 courts, highlighted by a central Championship Court featuring stadium-style seating.

This year’s tournament anticipates participation from over 800 players across various skill levels, encompassing both amateurs and esteemed professionals competing in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles events.

A Successful Partnership

Building on a successful partnership established in 2022 during the 2022 APP Chicago Open, Lexus and APP are once again joining forces. 

Lexus has already marked its presence as the official sponsor of APP Tour events in Cincinnati and St. Louis during the 2023 season. 

Building on their partnership that began in 2022, Lexus and APP continue their successful journey. 

This collaboration ensures that the Lexus brand will continue to be seamlessly integrated into the APP Tour through in-venue branding, captivating vehicle displays, eye-catching signage, engaging social media promotion, and notable inclusion in the APP Tour broadcast on ESPN2 and ESPN+ livestream coverage.

Ryan McSpadden, APP Chief Revenue Officer, emphasizes the significance of this partnership: “Lexus continues to be a valued partner of the APP – we are proud to support their commitment to growing the sport of pickleball.”
