Pickleball Flex Leagues are now active in 30 cities across America. To find players near you, download The Universal Tennis app, which has now been adapted to include pickleballers players (Apple users, click here)!
How Does It Work?
Sign up for PickleBall Flex League, and you will be entered into a competitive division among players of similar skill levels in your area.
Each season guarantees six scheduled matches over the course of seven weeks. Win your division, and you go to playoffs for your level.
Matches are played at either your home court or your opponent’s. The predetermined schedule determines where the game is played.
All matches are scheduled for a time both parties agree upon.
Matched By Skill Level
Players can choose when and where to play each match based on their own schedule. Both doubles and singles leagues run for 5 weeks at a time.
Players get matched by skill level, track stats, and improve their game by participating in the leagues and using the Universal Tennis app. Plus, the top players in each league qualify for exciting City Championship events with prizes on the line!
At the end of each 5-week session, the top two players in every group will earn a spot in the annual City Championships. It’s your chance to win big prizes and major bragging rights against the best in your city!
Power Subscription
Serious competitors should check out the Power Subscription option on the app. You can become a Power Player with access to exclusive perks like advanced analytics, discounted tournament fees, and more for a low monthly fee.
New subscribers even get a free Fabletics polo! Power Players also unlock new POWER PERKS for deals with big brands like Tennis Channel and Tennis Warehouse.

– Men’s Doubles (Ages 16+)
– Mixed Doubles (Ages 16+)
The league fees are $29 for singles and $58 per doubles team. Matches are best for 2 out of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2. Only the serving team can score points.
Players get placed into a division of 4-10 competitors and play a round-robin schedule of 4 matches over 5 weeks. Makeups can occur within a week after the session ends. Divisions are based on skill rating and location.
Matches
Most players are guaranteed 4 matches in 5 weeks. All division winners receive prizes, but you must complete at least 3 games. More matches break any ties.
Prizes are sent out around 3 weeks after the league ends. Match results must be submitted within a week of the end date to count toward standings.
Scheduling matches is up to the players to coordinate time and place and provide balls. Try to meet at a neutral court if locations are far apart.
The goal is maximum flexibility for the players, as there are no specified home or away courts. Just get out there, match up, and start playing!
