When you think about playing pickleball, usually, the first thing that comes to mind is the place you play it the most. Whether that be at your local gym’s indoor courts or at the community park’s outdoor courts, you’re likely envisioning a court that’s on the ground.
How about a pickleball court that’s located on the top floor of a skyscraper? Pickleball is taking over the 48th floor of the Santander Tower in Dallas, TX, through a pop up called “Pickleball in the Sky” hosted by Tower Club Dallas, a popular social club dedicated to creating immersive experiences and building community.
Starting tomorrow, June 30th, the tallest pickleball court in the world will be open to club members and the public. According to the Tower Club website, court rentals will cost members $25 per member per hour and is available to the public through Eventbrite at $45 per person per hour.
The event will grant pickleball enthusiasts access to one of the most unique courts in the world: one that has a 360º view of central Dallas, 600 feet above ground level. There will also be a unique food and beverage menu for the event, specially curated to elevate your pickleball experience.
This one-of-a-kind pickleball experience is powered by Invited, a world leader in premier golf, country club, and now pickleball experiences. They will also be hosting the upcoming 2023 USA Pickleball National Championships at the Dallas-based Brookhaven Country Club, where over 3,500 pro players will compete at the facility’s 65 state-of-the-art pickleball courts.
